Technical Support

Imaging Spectrum offers complimentary technical support for our regular customers and paid support for others. Our experienced and trained staff can walk you through most technical issues right over the phone. Contact us at 214-342-9290 or via email  techsupport@imagingspectrum.com to set up a call-back support ticket. Most support tickets are answered the same day. Paid support is billed at $95/hour.

Our support hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm CT, Monday-Friday.

Online Support

If you are talking with one of our techs, and you need us to connect to your system, you will need to use www.remotepc.com.


Need training on how to use your new printer and software? We can help you. We offer online phone training for $95/hour. Training can be customized to your business and workflow. Online remote training requires an internet connection. Please contact us for more information.
