This customer purchased the item at our site.
Well, the printer itself is great, at least on Windows 7. For Windows 10, they have a driver issue that causes Windows, Lightroom or any program to freeze when accessing Printer Preferences. After contacting them, they offered me a workaround that did not work and no planned date to fix the issue, leaving me to either deal with the issue, buy Windows 7 for that computer, or return the printer. Sigh.

Well the previous review surprised me because I had problems with windows 7 and have to use it on Windows 10. Which limited my flexibility. It does a great job though.
Disadvantages: Doesn?t work on all Windows op systems

I love this printer. The quality is impressive. I never had an issue with OS or my Windows 10. Highly recommended!

The DS820 works perfectly on Windows 10. I have not tried the DS820A. Only problem with the 8x12 size is that one has to check each time a print is being made that the printer is really set to 8x12 and not 8x10.
Advantages: Great prints if one calibrates the printer with Datacolor Spyder5Print..
Disadvantages: Just be sure to check what size paper the printer thinks it is set for.
