Return Policy

Return Instructions

All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restock fee. No returns are accepted after 14 days from the date of invoice. In order to return purchases to Imaging Spectrum, please obtain an RA# (Return Authorization #) by calling us at 800-342-9294 or email customerservice@imagingspectrum.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping of product. Software products may not be returned.

Defective Product

If an item is defective we can exchange it if we are notified within 5 days from the date of invoice. For defective product, we will issue a UPS call tag to have the product picked up. We will ship out the replacement via UPS ground once we receive the defective product. If you would like us to ship the replacement product before we receive the defective product back, we must charge you for the replacement. We will then issue a credit back to your credit card once we receive the defective product. If you need the replacement product faster than UPS ground, you will be responsible for the expedited shipping charges.
