Imaging Spectrum offers FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $100! (Shipping on orders under $100 is $7.)

• Offer limited to items shipping in the Contiguous United States.
  
• Items shipping via Freight may not be eligible.
  
• APO orders to Government customers are billed at $2 per pound minimum.
  
• We can only ship to addresses in the United States.
• Orders shipped in Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Imaging Spectrum ships most orders via UPS Ground from our Dallas, TX warehouse.  Orders placed by 3PM CST generally ship the same day.  The map below shows estimated delivery times (in business days) from Dallas to most states.

Orders for Epson Ink and Paper (and other inkjet printer supplies) usually ship from a network of 20+ warehouses located across the country (see map below).  We will try to ship your order from the closest warehouse that has stock.

International Ordering Procedures

Freight Shipments
Some of the large items that we sell, for example Epson Printers, are too large for UPS and must be shipped via a freight company. Our relationship with UPS affords us a discount with UPS Freight which we pass on to our customers. However, UPS Freight still charges for the following services:

• Lift gate: $75
• Military delivery: $100
• Notification delivery: $50
• Residential delivery: $100
